Why links still say sponsored nofollow
Merchant buttons have commercial intent even when the current URL is not monetized. The link relationship makes that destination explicit to browsers and search engines and keeps the markup ready for accurate disclosure if the commercial status later changes.
Catalog links fail closed
The shop catalog keeps affiliate status and URL configuration separate from direct merchant destinations. The Weaver program is currently set to disabled; every category affiliate URL and every named product-family affiliate URL is explicitly null. Until approved HTTPS destinations are supplied, pending affiliate states remain non-interactive and existing research destinations stay direct and non-affiliate.
The three named Weaver product-family cards use source-grounded titles, but each source and CTA opens the same verified official rivet collection. That collection destination is not a verified individual product page, does not imply exact compatibility, and is labeled at the point of use as direct and non-affiliate.
What the buttons mean
The button opens a merchant collection, resource page, retailer search, or marketplace search—not a hidden redirect operated by BrassRivets.com.
A link does not mean every item on the destination has been handled, measured, or tested by BrassRivets.com.
The site intentionally avoids quoting merchant prices because listings and conditions can change.
Read the active seller, dimensions, material wording, kit contents, instructions, and policies on the destination itself.
